TimeCrate is a small, pre-sourced drop—not an endless warehouse catalog. We pack each physical mystery box after your order is placed, then hand it to a carrier within 3–5 business days.

What happens after you order
- 1. Order confirmed. Your box is reserved from the current TimeCrate drop.
- 2. Preferences reviewed. We reference the era, games, music, snack, and collectible signals you shared where available.
- 3. Box packed. Our team assembles a physical mystery box from the limited inventory prepared for that drop.
- 4. Carrier handoff. We provide tracking after the package is accepted by the selected carrier.
The mystery is intentional
Contents vary from crate to crate. We do not promise a specific vintage game, snack, card, toy, magazine, or other individual item. Condition, availability, and the character of each drop can change the final mix. Your preferences inform the curation; they do not create a guaranteed item list.
Timing and delivery
The 3–5 business-day estimate covers order processing and carrier handoff, not transit time. Carrier transit time varies by destination, service level, weather, and other conditions outside TimeCrate's control. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.
